Applicants and residents must fill out a pet profile at:<br />https://summercreekapts.petscreening.com/<br /><br />Pets may be accepted or declined at management&rsquo;s discretion.&nbsp; We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment.&nbsp; Pet&rsquo;s weight must not exceed 99lbs.&nbsp; A twenty (20) gallon fish tank is the maximum allowed on the first floor only per apartment.&nbsp; Pet deposits and pet fees must be paid in full prior to move-in.&nbsp; Pets must be "good residents."&nbsp; Aggressiveness towards people or other animals or nuisance pets will not be tolerated.&nbsp; Breed restrictions apply to any aggressive breeds as determined by the property manager and insurance company. Management reserves the right to meet your pet, and a photograph will be kept on file.&nbsp; Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are not subject to breed and size restrictions, but still require approval by property management. However, "exotic animals" (any version or hybrid of an animal more typically found in the wild whether or not domesticated or born in captivity) are strictly prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to, wolves, wild cats, coyotes, lions, monkeys, apes, otters, all poisonous reptiles, alligators, and others.<br /><br />Pets shall be restrained (leashed) when on property outside the owner&rsquo;s apartment, in common areas, or when visiting the apartment of another resident. Pet owners shall be liable for damage caused by their pets.
